Gideon graduated with upper second-class honours from the University of Manchester and obtained an LL.M. (cum laude) in International Law from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2021.
As a Legal Associate at Apex Law LLC, Gideon has a range of practice areas. In the Real Estate and Conveyancing Department, he is actively involved in the sale, purchase, refinancing, and redemption of HDB properties, acting for banks in the discharge of mortgages, and the transfer of properties upon the death of a proprietor.
Gideon also practices in the Family and Dispute Resolution Department handling matrimonial matters and Personal Protection Orders (PPO), as well as litigation cases ranging from contractual disputes to personal injury claims. In addition, he deals with estate planning and probate matters, including Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, Mental Capacity Act applications, Wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPA). Prior to his admission as an Advocate and Solicitor, Gideon was exposed to work at various overseas and local organisations, as well as a number of local law firms. Due to his past experiences and training, he is equipped to manage cases independently and effectively, ensuring that clients are left with peace of mind.
