Prior to her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor, Hui Yu had received her legal training in general corporate practice and conveyancing practice with Apex Law LLC.

Hui Yu is focused and has extensive experience in the real estate and conveyancing practice. Hui Yu is actively involved in residential and commercial real estate transactions and has represented purchasers and vendors and banks and financial institutions in refinancing, purchase and sale, part-purchase and part-sale, and purchase under trust for HDB and private residential, commercial and industrial properties. Hui Yu often provides sound legal advice in respect of conveyancing transactions as well as the various aspects of property financing. Hui Yu is also involved in various matters during her training including drafting of sale and purchase agreements, shareholder's agreements, wills, and power of attorneys. Hui Yu is fluent in English and Mandarin.
